Abstract

A reading of my article ‘Developing the Perfect Fashion Archive’ led to an invitation to present a workshop to the Visual Arts Data Service (VADS) led project Look-Here! (www.vads.ac.uk/lookhere). The session focused on pedagogy and user needs in relation to digital archives. The presentation addressed how the fashion archive at University of Huddersfield is used in teaching and research and particularly the online resources I have developed around the archive through the VLE. A live link to the fashion archive VLE was used for the presentation.
