This PDF shows the interactive presentation and creative 3D thinking workshop given at the interactive learning track at the JISC E-Learning Conference, in 2011. The presentation aimed to contextualise the researcher’s journey in practice led research, specialising in 3D technologies, and to talk through and show how these experiences have evolved and been integrated into research and teaching and learning.
This presentation and workshop also shared ideas and experiences and encouraged thinking around being open to co-creation and interdisciplinary collaborative exploration for creative beginners to become more confident in exploring new technologies and new methods for education and in the creative industries.
The interactive Prezi (with video, and links to research papers & projects) is a visual narrative and a research timeline designed for the workshop and for visually sharing the researcher’s 3D experiences in FE and HE in the talk; 3D projects, evolving phases of technologies, ideas, methods, tools highlighted themes for the workshop to develop and discuss evolving reflective experiential themes on and around interactive digital and physical learning and practice-led research in art, design & architecture using 3D technologies and virtual environments.
