Abstract
In these days, with a big shift from the information age to the era of knowledge, and beside the rapid development in technology such as the internet, data and Information has become distributed on the internet as database, repositories is difficult to control this massive flow and diversified in all areas . That flow requires the need of organize and manage knowledge effectively. Ontology is an approach used to presents domain knowledge on the World Wide Web (WWW). This paper presents creating ontology of Information science as conceptual model representation of terms in a particular domain. Furthermore, improving the information retrieve on the internet.
