Abstract
Discusses the trafficking of human beings for exploitation with particular reference to the decision in MS (Trafficking – Tribunal's Powers – Art. 4 ECHR) Pakistan [2016] UKUT 00226 (IAC). Analyses the state's investigative and procedural obligations under Article 4 of the European Convention and Human Rights in relation to such victims and the consequences of non-compliance.
