Abstract
Discusses the decision in relation to the family visit case of Mostafa (Article 8 in entry clearance) [2015] UKUT 00112 (IAC) and how the principles can be applied in partner entry clearance cases. Also analyses the decisions in Adjei (visit visas – Article 8) [2015] UKUT 0261 (IAC) and Kaur (visit appeals; Article 8) [2015] UKUT 00487 (IAC)and some of the harsh consequences resulting from restrictions on appeal rights in this area.
