Abstract
It is quite common for university law schools to have, as a prominent feature of their offer, a law clinic. What is largely missing in these clinics is guidance for individuals who have arrived in the UK as refugees or with humanitarian protection status and who wish to be reunited with their family members whether the family is in-country or abroad.
This was the premise for the development of the Refugee Family Reunion Law Clinic – a volunteer run clinic which seeks to provide, assistance to individuals in the local community whom require assistance with their family reunion application.
