Metadata only available from this repository.Abstract
The research which led to this article was funded by Liverpool
CitySafe (Crime and disorder partnership). The report’s recommendations contributed to the warden scheme being awarded
further funding once its original funding from the Home Office had ceased. The Community Safety journal is a hybrid journal with
a key purpose of promoting evidence-based policy and practice. It is edited to link research findings to the needs and ‘know
how’ of professionals and practitioners.
