All schools should have a whole school policy for the effective use of IT across all subjects. This book, aimed principally at secondary schools, is designed to help schools devise and implement an IT policy. The book considers how the IT curriculum, assessment, recording and reporting, and hardware and software resources can be organised and managed effectively. It also explores the impact of various models of the IT curriculum, new GCSE IT syllabuses and the use of the Internet.
