Abstract

Overview of proposed strategic direction for Carlisle and districts flood protection. Presented at the Crown & Mitre Hotel, central Carlisle, Monday 4 April 2016 to 600 residents and businesses from Carlisle and surrounding districts affected by December 2015 flooding. It proposes the formation of the Carlisle and Eden River Catchments Authority.
