L’ expérience de l’ université d’ Huddersfield utilisant Intota v1

The paper was presented to a group of French librarians and discussed the University of Huddersfield’s experience of using Intota v.1. It explored the background to Intota and explained why at Huddersfield we were looking for the opportunity to rethink how we worked and so seized the opportunity to beta-test Intota. It then moved on to conclude by offering two case studies of how using Intota v.1 has reduced Huddersfield’s workload, improved our service to our users and provided us with more time to perform mission critical activities, and briefly touched upon a couple of issues which we have encountered when using the new system.
