Abstract
The paper will give an overview of the Library Impact Data Project (LIDP) at the University of Huddersfield. It will discuss the findings of the phase 1 of the project and the results of phase 2, which looked at demographic and discipline differences, making particular reference to the arts. The paper will show how the use of ‘library analytics’ can help to show the value of library resources and improve the student experience. The paper will conclude with an introduction and update on the Jisc Library Analytics and Metrics Project (LAMP), a shared analytics service for UK academic libraries.
