Abstract
How are men reacting to contemporary social change? How are they responding to changes in women’s demands and women’s identities? And how are national and transnational politics and policies assisting, or not, in these key challenges? Using a broad comparative perspective, contributions from scholars in seventeen countries analyze the characteristics and potential of diverse educational and political initiatives towards progressive changes in gender relations.
