Abstract
This case study updates "The Islander: Problems of the Innovational Entrepreneur", (374-080-1). It looks at decision making in a high risk entrepreneurial business where huge R&D funds are required. It addresses organisational, marketing, and manufacturing decisions as well as financial issues.
